Art Deco special

So there I was, in the Hastings Mall on a sunny Saturday morning with my wife, looking for just the right hat to go with her Art Deco outfit. Had a moment or two to spare, so I did what any self-respecting hubby would do on his day off: I shopped, and I grabbed a few snaps - Enjoy J

Living the Dream

"Business group prayed for man who had just left his job was starting a fencing and gates supplies business. The very next morning, a customer came into new business and ordered 1km of fencing! Living the Dream

"Prisoners healing cancer: A single mom of a six-year-old girl finds out her daughter has serious cancer with as little as six months to live. Single mom tell's her mother who is a prison guard. Grandmother doesn't know what to do but remembers a prisoner that believes God heals. The next day at work she approaches the prisoner with her prayer request. He agrees to pray. He finds five other prisoners that believe God heals, but their walk with God is questionable. Later that evening the prisoners joined hands and began to pray. Everyone's hands got really hot to the point they actually wanted to let go, but they did not. The prisoner leading this intercession says "It has been broken off, we can stop praying now."

A few days later the grandmother prison guard comes rushing into the prison to find the believing prisoner. She is excited to say the new test revealed no cancer in her granddaughter! Granddaughter went back for more test two days later to confirm the results. Results confirmed no cancer. Our God is good! If we make ourselves available God will use us as he demonstrates his love to us and through us. Huntsville, Texas"

Living the Dream

"Chicken multiplication! My husband and I raise breeding poultry (yup, chickens). We have been building up the business over the past year and have been waiting for a return on the investment. We have been hoping that this spring they would start laying more, and we would have more product to sell. We have 300+ chickens but some of those are juveniles, chicks and roosters. But we were expecting more than the five or so eggs we were collecting a day.

In worship at school, I felt like the Lord invited me to bless the chickens. I realized that I had had a, "Well, I'll wait and see if this is going to be profitable before I jump in," mindset and I wasn't really supporting my husband. So I went all out and blessed those chickens to feel safe and welcome. I blessed them to be comfortable, to be healthy, and to start laying and to multiply.

One to two days later, we collected 2 dozen eggs. Three days later, we collected 3 dozen eggs. And yesterday we collected 4 dozen! My husband made $700 with them in one week! And it keeps increasing!"
